Hydrant Hysteria is here! Show your support for the Downtown Improvement District and the beautification of the city by submitting your artwork to be juried and possibly selected to paint a fire hydrant in Downtown Harrisburg. 58 hydrants are located within the District and will be painted by local artists throughout the month of June.
